EXCHANGES...

Here at RAPT, our goal is to ensure that complete happiness with your purchase is hassle-free!  We are delighted to offer a SHOPPING CREDIT for any item(s) that make your purchase experience less than perfect.  Refunds are not available.


Any item(s) you wish to exchange, must be returned to RAPT within 15 days after you've received them.

Fill out the provided exchange form and include it in your package.  Be sure to include your:

​FULL NAME
ORDER NUMBER
REASON FOR RETURN

    **Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    A shopping credit, in the form of GIFT CARD, will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.

     

    THE FINE PRINT...

    Items eligible for return must be new, undamaged, odor-free and unwashed.  Items must be returned in the manner they were received- labeling and tags intact.  

    Items sent back to RAPT that do not meet the exchange standards above, will be returned to the customer.

     PRIVACY

     We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

     

    SECURITY

     Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and amongst the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information; including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

     

     SHIPPING

     RAPT accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week.  Orders are processed in the sequence they are received and shipped using FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL via USPS, if domestic.  International orders will be shipped via UPS or DHL.

    All orders are shipped from our base location in Dallas, Texas.  RAPT ships to all U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

     

    Orders placed will usually reach the customer in 2-5 business days.  This time period allots 1-2 days for processing and a maximum of 3 business days for shipping.  

    OVER NIGHT SHIPPING IS NOT A PROVIDED OPTION...YET!!  

     **During holidays and the holiday seasons, customers may experience extended shipping times, depending on the holidays and what day of the week they fall**

    Additionally, shipping rates are based on the shipping address.  NOT the billing address.

     

    DELIVERY 

    Signature will be REQUIRED to receive all packages shipped from RAPT.  If packages are sent back to post office, customers are allowed 15 days to retrieve them or they will return to sender, per USPS guidelines.  In this event, a SHOPPING CREDIT will be issued via email. Once an order is shipped from RAPT, customers will receive a confirmation which will include a USPS tracking number.  Customers may use the link in the email or manually visit USPS.COM to keep track of delivery times and locations.

    If you do not receive your package or it it lost during shipment, contact USPS to file a claim.  We are not responsible for lost packages during shipment.
